Content Issues
If you notice an issue with the marketing/media content or screens, such as incorrect price, incorrect graphic or incorrect menu item, please reach out to our content team at content@zero-in.com
Screen is Black
If screen is black, no text on screen at all:
- Check that screen is powered on.
- Try turning the screen on with a remote, does any text appear on screen?
- If the screen does not power on with a remote please contact our support team. Instructions on how to contact our support team is listed below under Contact Support
Content is Frozen
If the content on the screen is frozen, please contact our support team. Instructions on how to contact our support team is listed below under Contact Support
No Signal
If screen shows “no signal”:
- Use either the remote or the source/input button on TV and slowly scroll through the source inputs to determine if content starts playing.
- If changing the source/input on the display does not bring back content, contact our support team. Instructions on how to contact our support team is listed below under Contact Support
