Summer BBQing with Zero-In

Memorial Day is the unofficial start of summer and while this years celebrations are a little different than previously, the Zero-In team still got out and enjoyed sun, fun, and grilling!

We’re sharing some of our favorite summer foods below.

Linda enjoys BBQ Spare Ribs with a Mesquite Sauce – Grilled Corn with a Garlic, lemon Sage butter, and some home made Coleslaw.

Brady suggests making teriyaki chicken pineapple skewers. Add red onions, cherry tomatoes, or bell peppers as you like.

Mitch likes ceviche with fresh fish, but you have to catch the fish yourself, of course!

Deb goes classic with burgers with bacon, onions, cheddar cheese and bbq sauce.

Lisa shared her no-cook summer sauce recipe that we think sounds great on almost anything!
1/2 cup Olive Oil or the oil from Artichoke hearts
Large Bunch of Basil or Arugula
1 can Stewed Tomatoes
2 Cloves of Garlic Chopped
Let Stand for 1 Hour

Qi makes stuffed mushrooms for his bbq parties.
Around 15-20 button mushroom
1 cup grated parmesan cheese
1/2 cup of breadcrumb
2 tbsp unsalted butter(melted)
5 garlic cloves(mince)
1/8 cup fresh diced cilantro or fresh parsley

We’d love to hear what others are cooking up to start off the summer season!
