Accessing Google Drive

To exit the persistent marketing loop, first click anywhere on screen.
This will launch the splash screen.
Click on or around “Google Drive” on screen.
This will launch Chrome in front of the Scala Player program, pre-set to the Google Drive login screen.
Log in to your Google account.
All Google features and functionality will be present in Chrome.
To exit, you must manually close the Chrome window.
This can be done by clicking the X in the top right hand corner of the browser, or clicking the Chrome icon in the bottom task bar and selecting “Close Window”.
You may then click “Exit” on the bottom of the splash screen, which will return the screen to its default marketing loop. The splash screen times out and returns to marketing after one minute, so it will already have returned to this loop if you have been in Chrome for over one minute.

 

Accessing The PT APP

Click on or around “PT APP” on screen.
This will launch Chrome in front of the Scala Player program, pre-set to the PT APP login screen.
Log in to your PT APP account with either your Google or Outlook account.
All features and functionality will be present in Chrome.
To exit the PT APP and remove all private data, you must manually close the Chrome window.
This can be done by clicking the X in the top right hand corner of the browser, or clicking the Chrome icon in the bottom task bar and selecting “Close Window”.
You may then click “Exit” on the bottom of the splash screen, which will return the screen to its default marketing loop. The splash screen times out and returns to marketing after one minute, so it will already have returned to this loop if you have been in Chrome for over one minute.

 

Support

A few simple issues could present themselves, and are listed below with primary resolutions:

Screen does not show the marketing loop, only shows desktop:
-Open Scala Player from the bottom taskbar. This will launch the Scala Player.
-If this does not correct the issue, please reboot the PC.

Screen does not launch Chrome, remains on marketing loop.
-Ensure that mouse and keyboard are adequately plugged in, and have power (if wireless).
-If this does not correct the issue, please reboot the PC.
